Proteomic approach to biomarker development for acute, subacute, and chronic organ injury after neonatal congenital heart disease surgery.
Role Description: The goal of this project is to leverage cutting edge proteomics techniques to perform both targeted and unbiased evaluation of protein biomarkers and biologic system dysregulation accompanying three key postoperative morbidities after neonatal cardiac surgery (acute cardiovascular morbidity, necrotizing enterocolitis, and chronic neurodevelopmental impairment).
    Role: Principal Investigator
