    Creation of a standardized US egg ladder for IgE-mediated allergy
    Role Description: • Awarded grant to create a ladder (collection of recipes) for IgE-mediated food allergy. The grant includes funding to test and prepare recipes, quantify egg protein content with a consulting laboratory (InBio), and assess the serum reactivity of egg-allergic patients to the ladder foods. IND has been obtained from the FDA to determine the safety and efficacy of the ladder in the clinical setting.
