    Pulmonary Vascular Growth in Infants with Single Ventricle Heart Disease: Deep Phenotyping and Biomarker Development.
    Role Description: This study will utilize both hypothesis-driven and unbiased approaches to the evaluation of pulmonary vascular development and post-operative complications/hypoxemia in single ventricle patients undergoing stage 2 palliation. Endothelin-1 levels will be the primary targeted biomarker, while unbiased approaches will include metabolomic and proteomic evaluation and pathway analysis.
