overview My lab uses single and multi-omics data to understand the etiology of complex musculoskeletal disease. Through partnerships with clinicians, I aim to translate these epidemiologic research efforts into effective clinical interventions. Another core priority of my lab is to evaluate and develop new orthopedic clinical research methods. As a musculoskeletal epidemiologist within the Department of Orthopedics at the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus, my primary research interests are diverse, inclusive of the etiology of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, concussion, osteoarthritis, and T1D.
