Overview Dr. Christiansen is a Professor in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy Program. His research focuses on applying rehabilitation science to optimize functional movement outcomes for older adults with a variety of health conditions, with a particular focus on lower-limb amputation. Other clinical research areas for Dr. Christiansen include exercise and physical activity for people with Parkinson disease and total joint arthroplasty.
