This translational pilot and feasibility study will determine the feasibility of delivering a 12 week behavioral weight loss intervention in adults with overweight/obesity and early-stage ADPKD, based on either daily caloric restriction or intermittent fasting, as well as evaluate safety, acceptability, tolerability, and mechanistic insight into biological pathways that may be altered.
