The major goal of this project is to examine the effect of curcumin, a naturally occurring polyphenol with the unique ability to activate transcription of key antioxidants, suppress inflammation, and reduce proliferation, on vascular endothelial function and large-elastic artery stiffness in children and young adults with ADPKD.
