I am a Visiting Professor within the Department of Psychiatry, delivering clinical services within the Transplant Division. I conduct rigorous pre-transplant psychological evaluations and collaborate with the multidisciplinary transplant team to optimize clinical outcomes for both donors and recipients. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Colorado, my academic and clinical career focused on championing integrated primary care models across multiple health systems and directing behavioral science curricula within family medicine residency training. I previously served as the director of a postdoctoral psychology fellowship at UMass Chan Medical School, mentoring graduates who have since transitioned into national leadership roles within integrated care and residency education. Physician mental health and well-being have been a focus of my clinical service in the past decade. Throughout my career, my professional appointments have been unified by a core commitment to delivering and advancing evidence-based psychological services, ultimately expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare for all patient populations.
