    Collapse overview
My clinical focus is on taking care of children, adolescents and young adults with pediatric solid tumors of all types, as well as caring for survivors of pediatric cancers.

My clinical research interests are in pediatric oncology outcomes, late effects, and patient quality of life. Specifically, my research has focused on abnormal glucose control in the pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplantation population, as well as on describing adverse acute and late effects of emerging therapeutics. In addition to my research evaluating glucose control in our patients, I am investigating the effects of cancer therapy on sexual function, and associated quality of life, in childhood cancer survivors. This is an under-recognized late effect of cancer therapy which warrants better understanding, screening and intervention.
