Overview Translational research on cerebrovascular and cardiovascular reflexes at rest and during exercise among elite athletes, patients with heart failure and those requiring mechanical circulatory support. Emphasis on cardiovascular hemodynamics and generation of ventricular pressure-volume loops in real time, exercise pressor reflexes, barereceptor physiology and adrenergic signaling. I will be serving as a cardiology mentor for the 2018-2019 academic year.
